Bishal is from Nepal and has a Master’s Degree in Management. For the last 12 years, he has been working in the Humanitarian and Development sector. His area of expertise is Financial management of both development and humanitarian aid, partner grant management, logistic management, and partners capacity building. Currently, he is the Finance and Administration officer based in Bangkok where his major responsibilities are: financial and administrative management of the EU funded SEA AIR project, developing financial system and procedures, providing support and guidance to partners in financial issues while meeting donor compliance, consolidate and prepare donor finance report, coordinate logistic arrangement for different events, establish a system for management of small grant component and fund transfer to partners.
