The Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers was initiated in 2013 as a response to the growing awareness among peace mediation organization and the United Nations, that religious and traditional authorities are vital, but underutilized, actors in peacemaking processes. The Network Secretariat leads in implementing the Network strategy through its support for all Network activities.

Consultancy for External Labor Market Assessment

This consultancy aims to conduct a comprehensive labor market assessment to identify employment opportunities and labor market demands focused on potential sectors and sub-sectors in Thailand for Myanmar youth planning to migrate.

The consultant will be supporting the “Youth on the Move: A Regional Approach to Resilience” project, which aims to enhance the skills, protection, and social integration of youth migrating for work across Myanmar, Thailand, and Nepal. By addressing the challenges faced by young migrants, the project focuses on career guidance, safe migration, and labor rights awareness while fostering social cohesion in host and origin communities. 1) Technical and financial proposal including a data collection/analysis plan, schedule, methodology, and draft of collection tools. The budget should cover travel arrangements, insurance, taxes (including VAT), and specify your daily consulting rate along with the estimated number of days you plan to work between May 1–August 31.
