Bishal Adhikari is the Finance Manager at the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers and working as Finance Manager for FCA Thailand country office also. He has master’s degree in business studies. Prior to engagement with NETW, he was engaged with Oxfam in Nepal working for earthquake response. Bishal has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, procurement, working with partner and building their capacity, understanding donor compliance.

Bishal current role as finance manager includes overall financial management of NETW including planning, monitoring and reporting. He is also responsible for working with partner and building capacity of theirs on financial management of grant, ensuring donor compliance are followed in financial and procurement processes and establishing system for enhanced small grant processing.
