Gina Dias is the Partnership and Resource Development Manager at the Network, based in Nairobi. She has over 10 years of experience working with international organisations in programme development and design, resource mobilisation, and grant management across a range of thematic areas. She has a Bachelors in Politics from the University of Pune, India and a Masters in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, U.K. She is originally from India and has lived and worked in Oman, the U.K, Ethiopia, and Kenya.
